Though Phnom Penh’s main roads look fine and accessible, it doesn’t seem to be easy with this one (St. 1986, Phnom Penh Thmei). In dry season, people could go well with this. However, if there is heavy rain, this road is almost inaccessible for mobiles, especially small cars and motor bikes. Lots of cars got stuck daily. Sometime people spent time pushing their cars from morning till afternoon. Oh, they even had chance to swim there.
People have been complaining and asking for help.
What can we do for them?
